At Clarity, we work hard on behalf of our clients.
Client meetings, developing financial plans, making trades — you'll sharpen your skills as an advisor while being supported by an expert team of industry veterans. Our planning-first approach means you'll spend your time on work that actually matters: building real relationships and helping real people navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives.
The Culture
But we also make time for the fun stuff.
Board game lunches, ski outings, mini golf, hiking in the beauty of Corvallis, Oregon — you know, the important stuff. We believe that a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together shows up better for clients, and when we show up better for clients, our business will thrive. It's not a perk — it's part of how we work.

Our Philosophy
Be an advisor, not a salesperson.
Professional Development
When you grow, we grow.
Our team is dedicated to continuing education. Community
We're a part of our community.
On any given day, you might find our team attending a local fundraiser or volunteering with a local nonprofit. Corvallis isn't just where we work — it's home. Giving back is part of who we are, not something we schedule once a year.
